Private Client Advisor – London Mayfair (Haute Horlogerie)
The sales team of Ace Jewellers, located in Mayfair (London, England), is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and driven Private Client Advisor, M/F. It’s a hybrid role with flexible hours you set yourself: roughly 1/3 in the showroom, 1/3 at home and 1/3 on the road visiting clients.
Are you passionate about haute horlogerie, fine jewellery, and natural diamonds, and are you service-oriented, commercial, spontaneous, presentable, and passionate about sales? Then we are looking for you! We offer you a versatile position in a young, dynamic, friendly, driven, and above all enthusiastic team. You will also have the opportunity to further develop yourself!
Responsibilities:
- Contact with brands (B2B);
- Stock Management;
- Advising customers in-store, by phone, via social media, or by email;
- Processing sales;
- After sales service;
- Organise events.
Profile Private Client Advisor (Haute Horlogerie):
- Presentable, customer-focused, commercial, and responsible;
- Holds an academic-level mindset (minimum Bachelor degree, preferable Masters degree);
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Strong communication skills;
- Preferably residing in London or surrounding area.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. We are unable to sponsor a visa.
