At Ace Jewelers, we live for our customers. For the simple reason that we are Ace customers ourselves. Everyone at Ace Jewelers loves jewelry, watches, and gemstones. And we treat people the way we want to be treated: with passion and lots of warmth.

ACE IS ABOUT BEING THE BEST
Ace Jewelers is a family business. This is not some vague marketing slogan. We are not a chain store and never want to be. All Team Ace members are like family to each other, and this also applies to our customers.

Our company was founded by David, a master diamond cutter and goldsmith with a passion for the craft. In 1975, he chose to name his company “Ace” instead of putting his own name on the storefront. Ace means both “to excel” and “to be the best at what you do” in English. So, our name says what we stand for: we want to excel every day and get the best out of ourselves.

NEVER WORK AGAIN?
If you can turn your hobby into your profession, is it really work? All Team Ace members are passionate experts who have turned their passion into their profession. So, in theory, we are never working!

BUT WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Actually, we can be very short and clear about that. We have no profile or standard image of our new colleague. We value that every person is an individual—just like every diamond is unique. So, we have no preference for gender, age, nationality, education level, or track record. We do require that you are deeply passionate about jewelry, watches & gemstones—and people.

I AM ACE
Are you still not put off by our raw and honest introduction and think you fit into Team Ace? Then tell us why you are absolutely convinced of that. We want to emphasize that we are super subjective and critical. We rely heavily on our gut feeling and sometimes cannot put into words why we reject applicants. What we do promise is that we respond to every application within ten days. Calendar days, because in our world there are no office days—passionate experts always work… Or, well, at Ace we never work, as we said ;)
