Lambda is a letter of the Greek alphabet as well as the mathematical symbol for “intrinsic values.” From now on Lambda is also the name of our new watch, in which these “intrinsic values” are clear at first glance: A wonderful timepiece in 18 kt white or rose gold.
This watch makes value—something in our world that is often only superficial and transient—visible and tangible every day. Flattering both the hand and the eye: Lambda is restrained but clearly of the finest quality. The dial under the elegantly curved sapphire crystal glass is set in the delicate gold ring housing. The work of the hands resembles the movement of a mobile, the whole face the fineness of an etching. Two mainspring barrels transmit their power to the DUW 1001 movement—and make it work for three and a half days at a time before the generous power reserve indicator drops to zero. Another fine detail: In rose gold, the watch is also available in a smaller size with a diameter of 39 millimeters.
Lambda hangs from a strap that is itself a gem: Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan, hand sewn and rembordé (and therefore of lasting beauty), with a strap buckle not only made of solid gold, but also brand-new and with a perfect form.
