A striking fusion of natural artistry and contemporary watchmaking, the SB04-E Chrysocolla Platinum captures the essence of Sartory Billard’s philosophy: bold design, refined craftsmanship, and meaningful materials—brought together in a distinctive 39.5mm form.

At the heart of the watch lies a dial crafted from genuine chrysocolla, a gemstone known for its vivid turquoise and emerald tones. Cut from responsibly sourced boulders and finished in Germany, each dial is unique, echoing the serene complexity of hidden lagoons. A platinum-coated fume outer ring surrounds the stone, creating subtle depth and framing the natural veining.

Above the dial floats a meticulously engineered sapphire disk, just 0.3mm thick and anti-reflective on both sides. This transparent platform hosts diamond-cut metal markers and Sartory Billard’s signature Y-shaped lume design in BGW9 Super-LumiNova®. The result is a layered, architectural composition that plays with light and perspective.

The case, in brushed and polished 316L stainless steel, measures 39.5mm in diameter and 10.3mm in height, but wears even slimmer thanks to a concave bezel and refined proportions. A screw-down, lumed crown ensures 100 meters of water resistance, while subtle details—like the diamond-cut hands and chamfered case edges—reinforce the sense of elevated craftsmanship.

Powering the SB04-E is the La Joux-Perret G101, a Swiss automatic calibre offering a 68-hour power reserve and a 4Hz beat rate. In this latest evolution of the SB04, the distinctive fluted pattern once found on the rotor has been relocated to the case back, allowing for a sleeker profile and more balanced aesthetic.

Each watch is fitted with a CTS Rubber strap from Delugs, custom curved for optimal fit and secured with a spring-loaded deployant clasp. Available in White or Grey, both options complement the natural elegance of the chrysocolla dial.
