Ludwig, the most classical model in the NOMOS collection, gets a sophisticated and chic new sibling in the form of the Ludwig 33 Noir - a.k.a. The Little Black Watch!

With its thin Roman numerals, equally thin hands, slender bezel and elegant lugs, the Ludwig can be considered NOMOS' take on a classical wristwatch. This watch is order, proportion, and precision perfected; a model for the sophisticated wrist. And with the new Ludwig 33 Noir, its the perfect adorning accessory for an evening dress as well!

This new Ludwig has a stainless steel case with a diameter of 32.8mm. The arching lugs and gently rounded sides make for a particularly comfortable fit. The polished finish contrasts beautifully with the matte surface of the galvanised black dial. Time is indicated by three golden hands of perfect length. The resulting look is chic and festive, equally suited for daily wear as well as for evenings at the theater, art openings and galas.

The Little Black Watch - a tongue in cheek reference to Chanel's little black dress - is powered by NOMOS Alpha caliber. This movement is wound by hand, and has a power reserve of 43 hours. It can either be viewed from the sapphire crystal case back with the reference 227, or discretely hidden from view with the 226. It is fitted to the wrist by a comfortable velour leather strap.
