Longines introduces the brand-new aviation-themed Spirit collection.

Who remembers the Longines Heritage Spirit? This cushion-shaped watch with oversized Arabic numerals was quite popular in the early 2000's, but has since been near forgotten. However, for 2020 Longines revives the Spirit name with a brand-new collection of aviation-themed watches - and they look great!

The 2020 Longines Spirit comes in either a time & date or a chronograph & date configuration. The former is available in 40 or 42mm, whilst the latter only comes in the larger size. The dial can be matte black, sunburst blue or matte silver, all of which feature oversized Arabic numerals providing excellent legibility. All movements are chronometer-certified and come with a silicon balance spring. The 2020 Longines Spirit can be fitted with a leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet. Which one is your favorite?
