The Fears Brunswick 38 ‘De Stijl Edition’ is a 50-piece limited edition created in collaboration between Ace Jewelers and the Fears Watch Company. Building upon the acclaimed Brunswick 38, the watch reinterprets the visual language of the Dutch De Stijl movement through a contemporary, architectural dial composition designed by Fears’ Design Manager, Lee Yuen-Rapati.

The stainless-steel case measures 38 mm across and retains the characteristic Brunswick curvature and polished surfaces that define the model. Its geometry provides an elegant contrast to the dial, where black rectangular forms quietly mark the hours. What first appears purely abstract reveals a subtle logic—functional elements are integrated within the composition, creating a calm interplay between structure, colour and timekeeping.

The skeletonised Fears hands are manufactured in Germany and hover lightly above the dial, reinforcing the architectural effect. Through the sapphire crystal case back, the watch reveals the Swiss-made La Joux-Perret D100 manual-winding calibre. Based on the classic ETA 7001 architecture, the movement has been updated with refined materials, upgraded precision and modern finishing, representing a thoughtful evolution of a well-regarded hand-wound design.
