It is also possible to trade-in your old watch when you wish to purchase a new watch from Ace Jewelers. In case you wish to buy a new watch and trade-in your old watch, please visit our store and bring your old watch, the box, papers and warranty card. After studying these items, we will give you a price estimate of how much we will offer for your old watch and therefore how much the end amount will be when you trade-in your watch. Please do not forget to bring your ID with you when you visit us.

In case you are not able to visit one of our stores in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, then you can send us an e-mail and we will give you an estimation of what we believe we can offer you for your old watch when you want to purchase a new one. To be at your service, please send us an e-mail with the following details:

1. Digital pictures of: the front of the watch, back of the watch, the case number(s), watch strap, clasp, box, papers and warranty card.
2. Brand
3. Reference number
4. Serial number
5. Date of purchase and location of purchase ( name and country of retailer) .
6. Date of last maintance.
7. Description of new item your wish to purchase.

Please be advised that an estimate per e-mail is only an indication and no rights can be derived from it. We will make a definite offer only when we have examined the item physically.
