There is not enough good I can say about Ace! From my first inquiry to the day I received my watch it was a pleasure to deal with them. I was told to expect a 2 month wait time for an Omega Planet Ocean 8500 because it was a special order. The watch arrived in NYC after only 10 days! It was packed perfectly, they even gift wrapped it and sent a handwritten thank you card. I can't wait to order my next watch from Ace! :)

My experience with ACE so far has nothing sort of brilliant. Initially there was sight dificulty in getting the Omega that I was after (a new model), but Tamarah was so helpful and persistent in tracking it down. I'd get updated regularly, and received my piece in a timely manner. The price I was offered was also very competitive. There have been 2 more purchases within my family from Ace since my initial purchase, and in both instances, the watches were delivered in less than 5 working days (despite me being located some 10,000 miles from Ace), and at a good price. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to all comers.

I was delighted to receive the IWC Portuguese Pure Classic watch recently. I ordered the watch almost two years ago but the watch was well worth the wait. In addition to being a limited edition, it's nice to think that the watch has a story to it. I understand the delay was due to the Piaget movement not meeting the exact specifications of IWC and as a result IWC had to rework the production of the watch. Throughout this process Tamarah Albek provided excellent communication as to the status of the piece. Tamarah was a great ambassador of Ace Jewelers and IWC during this whole process...truly superior service! Thanks for your card and also the IWC CD. I also was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative to find you had included an extra strap for the watch. The whole buying experience was par excellence from beginning to end! My son is a graduate pilot and we offered the Breitling Navatimer 01 LE as a gift. This has been my first on line purchase from Ace although I bought a Tag Heuer Carrera directly at the store over a year ago. Tamarah has been excellent with providing product information regarding the watch and the expediting/logistics. We look forward to working with her again with future purchases at Ace. They say that the Dutch economy is based on trading with emphasis on service and Ace Jewellers are a prime example of that.

Ook ik heb een goede ervaring met Ace. Ik heb een IWC buckle gekocht voor "slechts" € 40,- maar werdt gewoon keurig geholpen (via de mail). Erg goed en prettig contact. In eerste instantie zou ik de buckle ophalen maar dat liep allemaal wat anders, dus vroeg ik of ze hem toch maar op wilden sturen. Dat was geen probleem en koste me niks extra. Vandaag ontvangen, keurig verpakt en ook nog een persoonlijk geschreven kerstkaart erbij met een leuk verhaal, dit samen met de keurige factuur in een mooie envelop. Erg netjes allemaal en dat voor een buckle(tje). Kort om erg tevreden en zeker een aanrader. Groet, Martin

Dit is niet het eerste horloge wat ik bij Ace & Dik heb gekocht... Nadat mijn broer zijn eerste Tag Heuer er kocht, moest ik gewoon even kijken. Zeer professioneel en gastvrij werd ik ontvangen. Na goede adviezen en ruime keuze heb ik ook een Tag Heuer aangeschaft. Na een kleine twee jaar stapte ik weer binnen en werd snel herkend. Ook nu waren ontvangst, keuze en advies van hoge kwaliteit. Ace is niet alleen een top juwelier die de klantbehoefte invult maar ook nog eens een bedrijf dat klantverwachtingen ruimschoots overtreft. Gastheerschap, professionaliteit en vakmanschap zijn termen die 1 op 1 opgaan. Maar ook het onmiskenbare echte luisteren naar de klant, is Alon en David en collega's gegeven. Ik kan me geen nog beter adres indenken. Jammer dat ze niet beurs genoteerd zijn, anders had ik er aandelen in gekocht. Maar de zakelijke kant is daarbij niet van doorslaggevend belang. Het gaat bij Ace ook om de intermenselijke kant. En die waardeer ik enorm. Dus ik koop mijn IWC horloges bij Ace. Groet, Wouter

As a regular shopper via Internet, I got this time an experience, which I got never before. The employee named Tamarah was very helpfull and offered a very good sales experience. Must say, shopping via net is OK, but with this company and Tamarah it is GREAT. The watch I bought came two days later to my office and I am very happy with it. Wish I could buy other things at this company.

If only all internet transactions could be this amazing. I bought my first IWC from Dimer this week. My emails were answered swiftly and with honesty, the price is great and the delivery (a member from ACE was flying to London the night I ordered so I had my watch on by 11am the next day), faultless. Wow! I ordered an IWC Vintage Aquatimer strap from Dimer at Ace Jewellers to go on my IWC Vintage Ingenieur (a great combination). It came superfast at a really reasonable rate. Ordered a Velcro dive strap for my IWC, which was sent out the very next day with full tracking. Despite this the delivery company still managed to lose it, and it was never delivered. Ace on the other hand were brilliant. Once it became clear that it was not going to turn up, they ordered me a new strap, and sent it out as soon as they could. No hastle, no fuss.(And this time it arrived in 2 days) If you ever had any worries about dealing with a company over the internet and in another country then worry no more. The service from ACE could not have been better, and they could not be more helpfull. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again ACE.

I bought my first new watch from Dimer and Tamarah at Ace. I had been looking for a long time on the internet but was nervous about spending such a large amount of money on the internet. Someone recommended Ace Jewelers to me and I am so glad they did. When I had problems with my bank card Dimer was really patient and even spoke to me on the phone past closing time to try and help me. I felt completely safe spending my money with Ace and Dimer took all the worry out of spending such a large amount of money on a website in a different country! Needless to say the watch arrived in just two days and it's perfect (and all at a great price too!). There is no doubt in my mind I will buy another watch from Ace Jewelers. Visited the Ace & Spyer when I was in Amsterdam last November, and at the end bought myself a Breitling Navitimer Classic.. Very happy with the purchase, even my wife loves the watch. The service was excellent, although I have to wait for a while to be served since everyone were occupied with other customers. At the end, David himself came to help me with the purchase. I didn't know that he is the President of the company until I open this website. Will come and visit the store again (and hopefully buy something..) when I'm in Amsterdam next time.

Having found ACE Jewelers online, via an online watch forum, I thought to obtain a quotation for a new IWC Pilot Chrono to compare to the pre-owned market. Shortly after receiving the quote I made the decision to buy brand new. ACE staff have been fantastic, [thanks Dimer] in every aspect. There were some local-customs issues due to the alligator strap yet ACE worked with me and we came up with a suitable compromise. I highly recommend ACE as they are courteous, patient, knowledge and have good old fashioned customer service.

Ik heb inmiddels twee IWC horloges (Aquatimer Chrono en een Big Ingenieur Chrono) en beide aan de Van Baerlestraat gekocht. Ondanks de schaarste van de Ingenieur kon ik hem erg snel aanschaffen. Ze hebben duidelijk een wit voetje bij de importeur wat ook voor de service erg handig is. Voor de kleine dingen die ik met de horloges gehad heb is die service overigens perfect. Afgelopen dinsdag samen met de eigenaren David en Sima en een aantal andere klanten naar IWC in Schaffhausen geweest wat echt tot in de puntjes verzorgd en erg gezellig was. Hele vriendelijke mensen. Ik heb mijn leverancier voor mooie horloges in ieder geval gevonden.

Zaterdag 16-10 bij Ace Jewelers mijn IWC Pilot's Chrono gekocht, uitstekend te woord gestaan en tevens een leuk gesprek gehad, voor ik het wist was ik 2 uur verder en liep tevreden de winkel uit. Had er ook nog een extra horlogebandje bij genomen maar toen ik deze wou monteren viel me op dat het leer er enigszins droog/gehavend uitzag waar hij aan de horlogekast bevestigd dient te worden. Contact hierover gehad met Ace Jewelers en dit bleek geen kwaad te kunnen echter boden ze me ook aan het horlogebandje om te ruilen voor een nieuwe. In mijn ogen een top winkel en service. Ik kom hier zeker graag weer terug.

Ik besloot vorige week dat ik een Ipitonga armband van Garel voor mijn lieve tweelingzusje wilde bestellen. Te laat eigenlijk maar door de inzet van Ace is het gelukt. Het mag duidelijk zijn dat de ACE groep experts zijn op het gebied van horloges en sieraden. De winkels zijn prachtig ingericht en het seviceniveau van de familie Ben Joseph en de medewerkers is benoemenswaardig. Nog belangrijker is dat ze bij Ace verstand en interesse in mensen hebben, waardoor je je als klant gewaardeerd voelt. Ik kan iedereen ACE aanraden, een juwelier die er nu maar ook zeker later nog voor je is.

Ik wilde graag een bepaalde Tissot-horloge welke ik nergens kon krijgen. Via internet terecht gekomen bij ACE-juwelier. Via de mail wordt er direct en zeer keurig gereageerd. De gemaakte afspraken worden prima nagekomen. Ik heb de horloge inmiddels in huis en ben zeer tervreden over de service en klantcontact. Vooral het persoonlijke briefje bijgevoegd in de verpakking kon ik erg waarderen.

Het plaatsen van de bestelling tot en met het online afrekenen verloopt kinderlijk eenvoudig. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om het uurwerk op locatie Amsterdam af te halen. In de prachtige winkel wordt je prettig geholpen waarbij de koffie prima smaakt. Trots, tevreden en met het prima passend gemaakte uurwerk op de pols heb ik AceJewelers verlaten. I recently visited the Ace location on the Konginsplein to have my watches repaired. I found the work on my TAG to be exceptional, and the ACE staff were incredibly professional and service-minded. I can happily recommend their (and other Ace locations!) sales and services to friends and business colleagues.

Dit is ouderwetse service waar je als klant blij van wordt. Reageren zeer snel en correct. Kom zelf al jaren in de winkel, maar de webshop maakt het nog eenvoudiger!
